Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Parfestique – Perfume Discovery Giveaway
1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Parfestique, a sole trader (eenmanszaak), registered in Belgium (“Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of the European Union.
Participants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Every participant can only enter the competition once
Employees, contractors, or direct affiliates of the Organizer are excluded.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts on the first public announcement of the giveaway made by the Organizer.
The giveaway runs for one (1) calendar month from that announcement date.
The exact start date will be communicated via the Organizer’s official channels.
4. How to Participate
Participation is free and requires no purchase.
To enter, participants must:
- Submit the giveaway form on the Parfestique website
- Provide a valid email address
- Rate the fragrances tried through the Parfestique machine
Optional Bonus Entry
Participants may receive ten (10) additional entry by tagging @parfestique on Instagram in a public post or story related to the giveaway. The Instagram handle or post URL may be submitted optionally.
Instagram is not affiliated with or responsible for this giveaway.
5. Prize
One (1) bottle of HarryMeghan perfume
Approximate value: €275–€300 EUR (value originally listed as USD 300)
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random using an online random prize selection tool.
The draw will take place within 7 days after the giveaway period ends.
7. Winner Notification & Claim
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided during entry.
The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
8. Shipping
Free shipping is provided to all EU residents.
The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs beyond their control.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection laws (GDPR).
10. Liability
The Organizer is not liable for:
- Technical issues preventing participation
- Lost or delayed communications
- Any indirect or consequential damages related to participation
11. Modifications & Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances beyond reasonable control require it.
12. Governing Law
This promotional competition is organized exclusively for marketing purposes and does not constitute a game of chance within the meaning of the Belgian Act of 7 May 1999 on games of chance, betting, games of chance establishments and the protection of players.
This giveaway is governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.
